Originally built in 1983 by Suncorp-Metway, this precinct comprises a shopping arcade at Adelaide Street level and is topped by a public grassed open plaza at Queen Street level. In 1999, Seymour Group seized upon the opportunity to refurbish this prime piece of real estate in Brisbane’s CBD, complete with a six level 316 bay car park and 30 tenancies. Seymour Group sold Post Office Square in July 2000.
