The Festival Carpark at 45 Charlotte Street, Brisbane, is a nine-storey standalone car park with 429 secured parking bays and a small retail tenancy leased to Hertz Car Rental. It occupies a 1,835 sqm site in Brisbane’s midtown precinct, close to Queen Street Mall and Treasury Casino.
Seymour Group sold their stake for $45 million in 2016 to the Destination Brisbane Consortium, which is involved in the nearby Queens Wharf Integrated Resort development.
