Seymour Group has sold a 64 ha future industrial estate to Frasers Property in Yatala.
Seymour Group revamped the exisiting approval by reducing infrastructure costs substantially, redesigning the entrance to the estate with an approval for a 4-lane signalised intersection, clearing vegetation and attaining a stage 1 approval for 38 lots.
The site has the ability to provide a single 25ha pad which is quite rare in the tight Brisbane industrial market.
