About:
BESIX Watpac have been selected to commence construction on the much anticipated The Oxlade at New Farm.

Already, 21 of the 30 residences at The Oxlade have sold, totalling $74m with several buyers amalgamating two apartments to create dream homes worth around $7m.

“The people who are moving in are genuine full-time residents where this will be their principle place of residence,” Mr Seymour said.

“They just don’t want a unit, they want a true residence where they can plan the unit and it’s fit-out and make it like a true home but having all the advantages of the improved security and the closeness to things like restaurants, shopping and the top facilities that people are expect of the city.”

When complete in 2022, the development will consist of two six-storey buildings with the subtropical feel of a six-star hotel and concierge services to match.

There will be an abundance of lockable carparking spaces with three for each residence, and eight for the penthouse. A private cellar room will double as a dining room for up to 14 people and the infinity edge pool will have sweeping city views.
