Seymour Purchases 1.8ha Inner-City Site

- Seymour Group is purchasing 99 Breakfast Creek Road, Newstead from AP Eagers for $61m on a leaseback arrangement. AP Eagers will continue to operate from the site for up to 7 years. Kevin Seymour said "It's almost impossible to find a site so large and well located this close to the city. We're really excited about what's to come."
