- The last remaining residential land adjoining the hugely successful Noosa Waters Estate has been secured by Brisbane-based Seymour Group for a reported $30 million. Owned by Kevin Seymour, one of Queensland’s richest men, the company beat off more than 20 rivals to acquire the prime 13.97ha site which has council approval for a 96-lot estate.
