- Seymour Group has purchased 2 First Avenue, Broadbeach for $6m. Plans have been lodged for a boutique 9 storey residential apartment complex to be called Solace Residences. "The site's location and expansive oceanfront views are very special. Opportunities like this don't come around often" notes Kevin Seymour.
